Summary of Bills Introduced
Appropriation (No. 7)
Provides for the issue and supply of certain sums of public money, and authorises expenses to be incurred in relation to certain classes of outputs and categories of other expenses, for the year ending 30 June 1993.
Imprest Supply (No. 7)
Provides for the issue and application of certain amounts of public money towards the service of the year ending 30 June 1994, and authorises expenses to be incurred in that year.
Palmerston North Reserves Empowering Amendment
Amends the Palmerston North Reserves Empowering Act 1966 by allowing the Palmerston North City Council to sell land vested in the Corporation of the City of Palmerston North by section 3 of the principal Act, and for the sale of land described in the Third Schedule of that Act. The proceeds of the sale of land listed in that Schedule is to be paid to the Palmerston North Reserves Sale Account and used in the acquisition, establishment and maintenance of a horticultural nursery for use in relation to reserves, parks, domains and gardens administered by the Council.
