Notice Calling Final Meetings

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Richard Hudnut Limited (in liquidation), Lambert Pharmacal Co NZ Limited (in liquidation) and Warner-Chilcott (MFG) Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that general meetings of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Eighteenth Floor, Price Waterhouse Centre, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland on the 30th day of June 1993 at 10 o’clock for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding ups have been conducted and the property of the companies has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

For each company to consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

“That the books and papers of the company and the liquidator shall be retained in the custody of the liquidator for a period of 2 years from the date of dissolution of the company or for such longer period as the liquidator may think fit.”

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
