Notice is hereby given in pursuance to sections 290 and 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Goldsmith Fox PKF, 236 Armagh Street, Christchurch on Wednesday, the 23rd day of June 1993 at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the properties of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company and a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of John Vaile & Associates, Fifth Floor, DB Tower, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland on Thursday, the 24th day of June 1993 at 2.30 p.m.:
