Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares that pursuant to sections 21 and 52, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is set apart and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council for granting in satisfaction of the compensation payable for land acquired for a public work and, pursuant to section 20, the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Wellington Regional Council.

Amending a Notice for Road Realignment in Masterton District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of November 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 26 November 1992, No. 192, page 4327, by amending the description of the land secondly described in the First Schedule to read “Part Lot 1, Deeds Plan 446” and the land seventhly described in the First Schedule to read “Part Sections 760 and 761, Whareama District”.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Wanganui District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
