Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Waikato District for the Purposes of a Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated 19 April 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 22 April 1993, No. 54, page 1030, acquiring land in Waikato District for the purposes of a road by deleting “2.7038” from the Schedule and substituting “2.7017”.
