Ashcott Road—Stopped and Vested Central Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) and 7 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares the road described in the Schedule to be stopped and added to the local purpose (site for a hospital) reserve held in certificate of title P3/1120 by way of amalgamation with the land in that title.

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to be road and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 shall form part of State Highway No. 2.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Tamatea Drive—Napier City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 25th day of February 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 4th day of March 1993, page 595, LN 1740, under the heading “Land Acquired for Tamatea Drive—Napier City” by adding to the declaration marked b) the following sentence. “Such land shall vest in the Napier City Council”.
