Amending a Notice Taking Land for Better Utilisation in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of July 1957, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 July 1957, No. 50 at page 1282, by amending the description of the land secondly described in the Schedule to read:

“Lot 42, D.P. 17993, all certificate of title 664/91, subject to drainage rights in gross created by transfer 383477.”
