Closure of Finnerty Road School Notice
Pursuant to section 154 of the Education Act 1989 (as inserted by section 14 of the Education Amendment Act 1989), I hereby declare that Finnerty Road School will close on the 16th day of April 1993 and cease to be established on that day.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990
Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 14 September 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Shirley Brown in respect of Kerepehi Playcentre, Stanley Street, Kerepehi.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 August 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Prue Blithe in respect of Brooklyn Kindergarten, 37 Harrison Street, Brooklyn, Wellington.
Brooklyn Kindergarten has relocated to 62 Todman Street, Brooklyn, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
St. Joseph's School, Dargaville.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 30th day of March 1993. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 6-10 Nugent Street, Private Bag 92-614, Auckland.
