The Canterbury International Agricultural Show to be an Industrial Exhibition

A DECLARATION

Pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Patents Act 1953 and section 10 (2) of the Designs Act 1953, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby declare the Canterbury International Agricultural Show to be held at Christchurch, New Zealand from Wednesday, 10 November 1993 to Friday 12 November 1993, to be an Industrial Exhibition for the purposes of the said Acts.

As witness the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General this 26th day of March 1993.

New Zealand Film Commission Act 1978

Appointments to the New Zealand Film Commission

Pursuant to sections 3 (2) (a) and (b), 4 and 6A (1) of the New Zealand Film Commission Act 1978, as amended by the New Zealand Film Commission Amendment Act 1980, the Minister for the Arts has made the following four appointments and one re-appointment to the New Zealand Film Commission:

Philip John Pryke
to be Chair of the New Zealand Film Commission for a term of office expiring 31 March 1996;

David Gibson
to be a member of the New Zealand Film Commission for a term of office expiring 31 March 1996;

Christina Milligan
to be a member of the New Zealand Film Commission for a term of office expiring 31 March 1996;

Aian Charles Sorrell
to be a member of the New Zealand Film Commission for a term of office expiring 31 March 1996;

Catherine Helen Fitzgerald
to be re-appointed as an alternate member of the New Zealand Film Commission for a term of office expiring 31 March 1994.
