State Sector Act 1988
Certificate of Approval: Section 13 (4) Rodney County Council (Gulf Harbour) Vesting and Empowering Act 1977
Whereas pursuant to section 28 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Minister of Transport did delegate his power under section 13 (4) of the Rodney County Council (Gulf Harbour) Vesting and Empowering Act 1977 to the Secretary for Transport by an instrument of delegation dated the 12th day of April 1990.
And whereas pursuant to section 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, the Secretary for Transport did delegate those powers under section 13 (4) of the Rodney County Council (Gulf Harbour) Vesting and Empowering Act 1977 to me by instrument of delegation dated the 9th day of May 1990.
Therefore I, Thomas Edwin Law, hereby approve the Rodney District Council Bylaw No. 1, Chapter 19, Gulf Harbour Marina, passed at an ordinary meeting of The Rodney District Council held on the 25th day of February 1993.

Traffic Regulations 1976
Alternating Flashing Headlamps
Pursuant to regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976, the approval for alternating flashing headlamps contained in the Gazette notice, No. 6929, that appeared in the New Zealand Gazette, published the 11th day of July 1991, No. 104, page 2300, and that Gazette notice, are hereby revoked, effective from the 3rd day of March 1993.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 1, 1993
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport dated the 16th day of November 1992, I, John Paul Edgar, Senior Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
N o t i c e
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei District) Notice No. 1, 1993.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated on the 22nd day of January 1976*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Whangarei District at Whananaki:
Rockell Road: from Wharf Road to a point 570 metres measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Wharf Road.
Whananaki North Road: from Wharf Road to a point 500 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Wharf Road.
Second Schedule
Situated within Whangarei District at Whananaki:
Whananaki North Road: from a point 500 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Wharf Road to a point 1250 metres measured westerly, generally, from the said point.

No. 57 State Highway (Levin-Rangitane): from the No. 1 State Highway (Awatere-Bluff) to a point 700 metres measured easterly, generally, along No. 57 State Highway (Levin-Rangitane) from No. 1 State Highway (Awatere-Bluff).
Situated within the Horowhenua District at Tokomaru:
Makerua Road: from a point 40 metres measured northerly, generally, along Makerua Road from Tawa Street to a point 160 metres measured southerly, generally, along Makerua Road from Tokomaru Road.
