Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

Notice of Review of Undertaking on Alloy Wheels From Australia

Pursuant to section 15 (7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), I, Philip Burdon, Minister of Commerce, hereby give notice that I shall review the need for the continuation of the undertaking in relation to subsidisation of the goods described in the Schedule to this notice. The undertaking was accepted by the Minister of Commerce by notice, dated 18 March 1991, and published in the Gazette of 21 March 1991, page 964.

Aluminium alloy wheels for passenger motor vehicles:

for use in the assembly, completion or manufacture of passenger motor vehicles of Tariff Heading No. 8703 and other vehicles of Tariff Heading No. 8704 of gross vehicle weight not exceeding 3,500 kg, entering under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 8708.70.02.01A;

other than for use in the assembly, completion or manufacture of vehicles, entering under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 8708.70.19.01A.

Radio Communications Act 1989

Call for Tenders for Radio Spectrum Rights

Radio spectrum management rights suitable for telecommunications, particularly cellular telephony commonly known as TACS B, and also licences for broadcasting services, including UHF Television, MF-AM and VHF-FM sound broadcasting services are the subject of a public call for tender issued by the Ministry of Commerce, Wellington, dated 1 April 1993.

A full description of the radio frequency rights offered and the conditions of tender are contained in the call document.

The Tender closes at 3 p.m. on Monday, 10 May 1993.

Copies of the tender documents are available at a cost of $18 G.S.T. inclusive from offices of the Radio Frequency Service, Communication Division, Ministry of Commerce, located in main centres, or by writing to: The Tender Manager, Communications Division, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 1473, Wellington, enclosing a remittance of $18.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 11th day of November 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Mary Neligan in respect of St Matthew’s Church Creche, Church Street, Masterton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
