Town and Country Planning Act 1977

Manukau Harbour Maritime Planning Scheme

The Maritime Planning Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 for the Manukau Harbour was approved by the Resource Policy and Planning Committee by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 2nd day of March 1993 after all objections, appeals and arbitrations relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the maritime planning scheme required by the tribunal had been incorporated.

The committee has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation on the 25th day of March 1993.

Copies of the scheme as approved have been deposited in the council's office at Pitt Street and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when that office is open to the public. (Contact Person: B. Collinson.)
