(e) Without limiting the generality of the foregoing to carry on the business and undertaking as previously carried on by the special partnership prior to the 4th day of March 1993.

  1. The principal place of which the partnership business will be conducted is the registered office of the general partner at the Second Floor, BNZ House, 630 Great South Road, Greenlane South, Auckland.

  2. The partnership shall continue upon registration of this certificate and subject to the provisions of the deed of partnership relating to earlier dissolution or extension of the term shall terminate upon the expiry of 7 years from the date of registration of this certificate.
