Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions has, pursuant to section 92 (1) (f) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, on the 31st day of December 1992, cancelled the registration of Wellington District, Ancient Order of Foresters and Court Sir George Bowen, because the district and the Court have ceased to exist.

On the 5th day of March 1986, Chep Handling Systems Limited and Company was formed as a special partnership and the certificate required, pursuant to section 51 of the Partnership Act 1908, was signed, acknowledged, registered and published in accordance with that Act.

The term of the special partnership ends on the 4th day of March 1993 and the general partner and the special partners hereby apply, pursuant to section 58 of the Partnership Act 1908, to renew the special partnership for a further term of 7 years.
It is hereby certified, pursuant to sections 51 and 58 of the Partnership act 1908, that:

The name or style of the special partnership is Chep Handling Systems Limited and Company.

The names and addresses of and the capital contributions made by the general and special partners are set forth in the Schedule.
