Advertising Rates

The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1
Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2
Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable. All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Pursuant to section 19A of the Animals Protection Act 1960, and on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I hereby approve the code of ethical conduct submitted to me from the Crown Research Institutes Palmerston North Campus.

Notice No. 5066 of the New Zealand Gazette on the 8th day of February 1991, at page 450 and notice No. 5011 of the New Zealand Gazette on the 19th day of July 1990 at page 2527 are hereby revoked.

Pursuant to section 19A of the Animals Protection Act 1960, and on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I hereby revoke the approval of the code of ethical conduct of SmithKline Beecham (NZ) Ltd (formerly SmithKline and French (NZ) Ltd).

Notice No. 4219 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette on the 1st day of October 1987 at page 4570 is hereby revoked.
