Reclassification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be reclassified as a reserve for local purpose (site for a Kohanga Reo centre), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
