Board of Trustees Election

Pursuant to section 101 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that the first election is to be held on the 18th day of January 1994, for the board of trustees of the following school:

Columba College.

The proprietors of the said school are entering into an integration agreement with the Minister of Education,
pursuant to the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The first meeting of the board of trustees will be held on the 28th day of January 1994.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Marist Sisters College, Mount Albert.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 8th day of December 1993. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Auckland.
