Mabel Tee Tim Wong, Wing Koi Young, Betty Kong Young and Kevin Tse in the land described in the Schedule to this notice.

The land is required for soil conservation and river control and it is intended to use the land for the purposes of such public work.

The interest in the land has not yet been taken.

And notice is hereby given that all persons who are affected by the execution of the said public work or by taking of the said land should state their objections in writing and send the same to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 10 working days after the second publication of this notice.

If you make an objection, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless you give written notice to the Tribunal that you want the hearing to be held in private.

If you make an objection:

(a) You will be advised of the time and place of the hearing; and

(b) You will have the right to appear and be heard personally or be represented by a barrister and solicitor or any other person you authorise.

This notice, and the right to object described above, relate to the taking of the interest in the land and not the right to compensation. If this compensation cannot be agreed upon, it can be determined in separate proceedings before the Land Valuation Tribunal.

This notice concerns rights over the land referred to, if any person is in any doubt about its effect, advice should be obtained immediately.

Wellington Land District

The property at 25–37 High Street, Lower Hutt, firstly containing 132 square metres and being part of a close road between Sections 24 and 25, Hutt District, being all certificate of title, Volume 158, folio 176, subject to party wall rights in transfer 60118, and secondly containing 205 square metres, being part Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 1738 and part Section 25, Hutt District and part closed road together with easement created by transfer 60118 over other parts of the said Lot 2, being all certificate of title, Volume 156, folio 279, Wellington Land Registry, subject to party wall and easement rights in transfers 60118 and 60119.

Take notice that The Wellington Regional Council, duly constituted under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974, and being a local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1981, proposes to take under the Public Works Act 1981, the leasehold interest of Robin Lambourn trading as Hutt Valley Business Services in the land described in the Schedule to this notice.

The land is required for soil conservation and river control and it is intended to use the land for the purposes of such public work.

The interest in the land has not yet been taken.

And notice is hereby given that all persons who are affected by the execution of the said public work or by taking of the said land should state their objections in writing and send the same to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 10 working days after the second publication of this notice.
