Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 1029 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being part Lot H, Right Bank Wanganui River and being also Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 34300 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 11B, folio 57 (Wellington Registry).

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Manager Air Services, give the following notice:

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to United Air Lines, Inc. so as to allow the airline to code-share on Ansett New Zealand services operating between Auckland and Wellington/Christchurch.

This amendment will take effect on 4 March 1993.
