Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

8205 square metres, situated in Block V, Inangahua Survey District, being Sections 34 and 36, Square 134. All certificate of title, Volume 160, folio 48.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 63, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto, to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5B/85, subject to memorandum of mortgage 169246.3.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5A/1105, subject to memorandum of mortgage 167997.2.

(c) Declares the land described in the Fourth and Fifth Schedules hereto, to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5B/85, subject to memorandum of mortgage 169246.3.

(ii) The area described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5A/1105, subject to memorandum of mortgage 167997.2.
