Revocation and Replacement of New Zealand Gazette Notice—Land for Service Lane in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby revokes the notice dated the 5th day of September 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette 1991, No. 136, page 2942, and replaces it with:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby declares:

(1) Pursuant to section 52 (4), the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for service lane.

(2) Pursuant to section 114, the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, to be service lane

and the service lane shall be vested in The Wellington City Council.
