- Standard for VHF and UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the land mobile service with a carrier separation of 25 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 5 kHz—(1) VHF and UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the land mobile service with a carrier separation of 25 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 5 kHz is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 25, Issue 1, December 1991.
- Standard for VHF and UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the land mobile service with a carrier separation of 12.5 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 2.5 kHz—(1) VHF and UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the land mobile service with a carrier separation of 12.5 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 2.5 kHz is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 26, Issue 2, October 1993.
- Standard for telemetry and telecommand radio apparatus—(1) Telemetry and telecommand radio apparatus is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 27, Issue 3, August 1989.
- Standard for radio paging radio apparatus—(1) Radio paging radio apparatus is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 28, Issue 1, December 1988.
- Standard for restricted radiation radio apparatus—(1) Restricted radiation radio apparatus is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the classes of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall—
(a) If they include—
(i) Equipment within Schedule C of RFS 29; or
(ii) A spread spectrum device
be level 2; or
(b) If they do not include equipment within Schedule C of RFS 29 or a spread spectrum device, be level 1.
(3) The standards applicable to the classes of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 29, Issue 5, December 1992.
- Standards for non-speech radio apparatus using angle modulated with a carrier separation of 25 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 5 kHz—(1) Non-speech radio apparatus using angle modulated with a carrier separation of 25 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 5 kHz is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 31, Issue 1, December 1991.
- Standards for UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the trunked dispatch service with a carrier separation of 25 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 5 kHz—(1) UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the trunked dispatch service with a carrier separation of 25 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 5 kHz is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 32, Issue 1, December 1991.
- Standard for VHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the maritime mobile service—(1) VHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the maritime mobile service with a carrier separation of 25 kHz and a maximum deviation of +/– 5 kHz is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be—
(a) Specification RFS 33, Issue 1, December 1991;
(b) RFS 5, Issue 1, December 1993.
- Standard for VHF amplitude modulated radio apparatus for use in the land mobile service in the band 151–156 MHz—(1) VHF amplitude modulated radio apparatus for use in the land mobile service in the band 151–156 MHz with a carrier separation of 25 kHz is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 35, Issue 1, December 1993.
- Standard for VHF and UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the fixed service with a carrier separation of 25 kHz or 50 kHz—(1) VHF and UHF angle modulated radio apparatus for use in the fixed service with a carrier separation of 25 kHz or 50 kHz is hereby prescribed as a class of interfering equipment.
(2) The level of conformity applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be level 2.
(3) The standard applicable to the class of interfering equipment to which subclause (1) of this clause applies shall be specification RFS 36, Issue 1, July 1992.
