Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Otaki Cold Storage (1993) Limited, being the holder of a debenture in its favour dated the 19th day of March 1990 and registered at the Companies Office at Wellington on the 22nd day of March 1990 (“the debenture”) issued by Otaki Cold Storage Limited (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 1st day of December 1993, under the powers contained in the debenture, it appointed Alan Raymond Isaac and John Stewart Drage, chartered accountants, both of Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of the company.
The office of the receivers and managers is at the offices of KPMG Peat Marwick, Peat Marwick House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington.
