Pursuant to Section 346(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1955

UDC Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of November 1993, it appointed Paul Richard Preston as the receiver of the income of the land of Hobson 245 Limited secured under a certain memorandum of mortgage B. 760352/11 dated the 5th day of November 1987, charging all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 90D/954, formerly 1034/225 and certificate of title 90D/953, formerly 1034/216 (North Auckland Registry).
