Conservation Act 1987

Declaration That Land be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become Scenic Reserve to Form Part of the Totara Peak Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall be reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve, to form part of the Totara Peak Scenic Reserve.

North Auckland Land District—Rodney District

1.3751 hectares, more or less, being Crown land adjoining Allotment 82 and part Allotment 79, Parish of Pakiri, situated in Block XIV, Pakiri Survey District. Shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 66904.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, hereby jointly declare that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and shall thereafter be so held.

2958 square metres, more or less, being Sections 18 and 19, Block XII, Town of Frankton. No certificate of title.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that, the land is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.

3910 square metres, more or less, being part Section 39; shown marked “F” on S.O. Plan 18654 and Sections 58 and 59, Block XXI, Shotover Survey District. Subject to lease registered as certificate of title 10A/1132.

Naming of Bolton Street Memorial Park

Pursuant to section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, The Wellington City Council hereby declares that the historic reserve known as Bolton Street Memorial Park as described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Bolton Street Memorial Park.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Hauraki District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to sections 27 (1) and 24 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator, Waikato Conservancy, Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Hauraki District Council and revokes the reservation as a local purpose (municipal buildings) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
