Unclaimed Moneys Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953

Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys held by him for 1993 have been filed with the Registrars of the Maori Land Court at:

Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Wellington; also at the District Offices of the Ministry of Maori Development at Auckland and at the Head Office of the Ministry of Maori Development at Wellington.

Lists are also located at the sub-offices of the Ministry of Maori Development where they may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Pursuant to section 17 of the Maori Purposes Act 1943, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby appoint Charles Tohara Mohi, of Hastings, retired teacher, to be a trustee of the will of Pukepuke Tangiora in the place of George Matua Evans, who has resigned, which office as such trustee shall, in accordance with section 17 (1) (a) of the Maori Purposes Act 1943, be held by the said Charles Tohara Mohi during the pleasure of the Governor-General in Council.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Application for an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Seaboard Airlines (N.Z.) Limited has applied for an international air service licence to permit the carrier to operate scheduled air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between New Zealand and Australia, and between New Zealand and the United States of America.

Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the Manager Air Services, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this proposal must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 16 December 1993.
