Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto (with the land secondly described with a right of way appurtenant thereto created by transfer H. 982349.5 and subject to a right of way easement granted by transfer H. 982349.5) to be set apart for justice purposes.

Land Acquired for Road and Service Lane in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for service lane, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
