Pursuant to section 13 (1) of the Housing Assets Transfer Act 1993, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Order

1. Title—This order may be cited as the Housing Assets Transfer Act (Status of Land) Order 1993.

2. Certain land declared to be no longer subject to Maori Housing Act 1935—It is hereby declared that the land described in the Schedule to this order shall, on the 10th day of November 1993, cease to be set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935 and shall be disposed of under Part III of the Public Works Act 1981 as being land no longer required for a public work.
