Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 14th day of May 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Christine Crawford in respect of Merton Childcare Centre, Main Highway, Merton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Resource Management (Approval of Maungatapere Water Company Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993

Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Resource Management (Approval of Maungatapere Water Company Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1993.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Approval as requiring authority—Maungatapere Water Company Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority for its water supply and irrigation systems, including abstraction, storage, distribution and supply in the Whangarei District.

Medicines Act 1981

Provisional Consent to the Distribution of a New Medicine

Pursuant to section 23 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby renews consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicines set out in the Schedule hereto:

Schedule

This medicine may only be distributed, supplied or used under the following conditions:

1. The product is not to be marketed as substitutable for Marevan as if the two (2) products were bioequivalent; and

2. Prescribers are to be advised that when starting on Coumadin the dosage for each patient should be individually titrated according to therapeutic response determined by monitoring appropriate coagulation parameter.
