to be a member of the Fishing Industry Board for a term of 2 years from the 1st day of October 1993.

Meat Act 1981

Premises Required to be Licensed as Packing Houses (Notice No. 5295)

Pursuant to section 19 (1) (g) of the Meat Act 1981, I hereby declare that the premises described in the Schedule to this notice are premises to which section 19 of the Meat Act 1981 applies.

Schedule

Any cannery, being any premises in which products are canned for export.
Any packing house used for the processing or packing of game or game meat or product derived therefrom in addition to the processing or packing of any other product.

I hereby revoke the notice “Premises Required to be Licensed as Packing Houses” published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 42 on the 30th day of March 1983 at page 933.
