Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Set Apart as Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands being the Minister responsible for the department of State that has control of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the conservation areas described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, shall be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19 (1) (A) of the latter Act.
