International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Air Nauru to reflect the designation of the airline by the Government of Niue to operate air services to New Zealand in accordance with the Air Services Agreement between New Zealand and Niue and as a consequence to allow the airline to operate a dedicated air service between Niue and New Zealand with up to one Boeing 737 return flight per week, with effect from 5 November 1993.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a sub-delegation from the Acting Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Manager Air Services, give the following notice:
Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by Section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Royal Tongan Airlines Limited so as to:
(a) allow the airline to operate up to 3 return services per week; and
(b) provide for the airline to code-share on aircraft operated by Polynesian Airlines (Holdings) Limited.
This amendment will take effect on the 5th day of November 1993.
