Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of wahi tapu and cultural and recreational uses for the common use and benefit of the owners and their descendants of Hauai 2B.

The reservation is to be known as the Kaimarama Bay Whanau Reserve.
