Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, between Stephen Stewart Boyd of Queenstown, plumber, trading in business at Queenstown under the name and style Queenstown Plumbing—Paintiff:
And—Bodyworkx Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 1 Man Street, Queenstown—Defendant:
Take notice that on the 5th day of January 1993, an application for the winding up of Bodyworkx Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on the 22nd day of February 1993 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Stephen Stewart Boyd, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Macalister Todd Phillips, Third Floor, O’Connell’s Pavilion, corner of Beach and Camp Streets, Queenstown.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the applicant or the applicant’s solicitor.

Notice of Order to Wind Up Companies
Orders for winding up of the companies listed below were made by the High Court and the official assignee at Christchurch has been appointed provisional liquidator:
Stowells Motor Bodies Limited. Date of Winding Up: 27 January 1993.
Fairmont Properties Limited (previously trading as Liquor Galore (Greenlane)). Date of Winding Up: 29 January 1993.
Industrial Technology Limited. Date of Winding Up: 29 January 1993.
Creditors should lodge their proofs of debt as soon as possible.
The last day for creditors to lodge proofs of debt shall be 6 months from date of winding up.

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up of the Companies
In the matter of North Island Wholesale Properties Limited (in liquidation), Rudy Securities Limited (in liquidation), Pathmark Agencies Limited (in liquidation), Agamemnon Resources Limited (in liquidation), Linear Holdings Limited (in liquidation), Lancelot Enterprises Limited (in liquidation), Noema Holdings Limited (in liquidation), Parfait Properties Limited (in liquidation), Vitara Holdings Limited (in liquidation) and Georgie Pie Properties Limited (in liquidation):
Note: The companies being wound up are solvent. They are property owning or non-trading companies which are being liquidated as part of a reconstruction of the Progressive Enterprises Limited group of companies. The liquidations of these companies will not affect any of the other companies in the group.
Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named companies on the 28th day of January 1993, the following special resolution was passed by the companies, namely:
“That a declaration of solvency has been made and that it is expected that creditors will be paid in full and that the companies be wound up voluntarily.”
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Furthermore notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named companies, which are being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 26th day of February 1993, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
