Road Realignment (State Highway No. 54) in Manawatu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 748, folio 61, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 027515.5.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Schedules to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39C/343.

(ii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 42C/149 subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 309139.2.

(iii) The areas described in the Fifth Schedule shall vest in the Crown.
