Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of June 1993, published in New Zealand Gazette of 15 July 1993 (IN. 5956). Under the heading “Road Realignment—Tiniroto Road, Gisborne District”, by adding after the title reference “4D/292” in declarations (a) and (b), the words “subject to mortgage 125998.2, 151532.5 and caveat 17555.1”.

An Easement to Drain Sewage Acquired in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the right to drain sewage over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said easement shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
