Public Works Act 1981

Land in Hamilton City Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 1)

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Vesting Stopped Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 17th day of May 1991, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 80, page 1772, vesting stopped road in Thames-Coromandel District by deleting all reference to memoranda of mortgage H. 994237.2 and H. 994237.3.

Road Realignment in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that area “B”, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59484, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 44A/437 (limited as to parcels), subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 991319, South Auckland Land Registry.
