Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1993, No. 51.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Declaring Land at Timaru to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Declaring Road at Balclutha to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and all other powers enabling under that Act, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.
