Pursuant to Section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991

Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby gives approval to The Tauranga District Council to renew the existing lease that affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

2.2637 hectares, more or less, being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1224, folio 47, against which is registered lease numbered S. 528953, South Auckland Registry.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Horowhenua District Council, at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves trust account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.

Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Lake Kaniere Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation for the West Coast Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further, declares that the reserve shall form part of the Lake Kaniere Scenic Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
