Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Air New Zealand Limited has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence so as to permit the airline to operate return services to Germany over the routing:

Auckland — Los Angeles — Frankfurt — London — Los Angeles — Auckland.

Further details of this proposal may be obtained from Manager Air Services, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 8 October 1993.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited so as to allow the airline to operate a third weekly return B747 service between Auckland and Frankfurt.

This amendment will take effect on 1 November 1993.

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a sub-delegation from the Acting Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Manager Air Services, give the following notice:

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the powers conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Polynesian Airlines (Holdings) Limited so as to allow the airline to introduce a B767 aircraft on its New Zealand services, provided that the airline may operate up to the equivalent of only 1 return B767 service per week on the Auckland — Sydney sector.

This amendment will take effect on 8 October 1993.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land comprised in the roadway described in the Schedule hereto, shall be road.

South Auckland Land District

4.8852 hectares, situated in Block VIII and IX, Ongarue Survey District, being roadway over part Rangitoto Tuwhua, part 78B4A and 4B5 and shown on ML Plan 21649, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, South Auckland Land District.

7536 square metres, situated in Block IX, Ongarue Survey District, being part Kokomiko roadway and shown on ML Plan 22206, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor, South Auckland Land District.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of September 1993.
