Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land
I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve, pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Grey District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.
Schedule
All that parcel of land containing in total 1.7280 hectares, more or less, situated in Block XI, Arnold Survey District, being Rural Section 6308 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 5B, folio 176 (Westland Registry).

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Application to Amend an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 14A of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Malaysia Airlines has applied for an amendment to its International Air Service Licence so as to allow the airline to introduce service between Malaysia and Christchurch.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 1 October 1993.

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 31st day of October 1989, No. 190, at page 5321, delete clause 4 (4).

The Lifesaving Appliances (Code of Practice for Existing Ships of Class VII) Notice 1989
In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 31st day of October 1989, No. 190, at page 5323, amend clause 15 by inserting the words “in addition to the thermal protective aids required by the Shipping (Lifeboats) Notice 1989 Clause 7 (a)(iv)” after the words “with an immersion suit” in line 5 and by deleting the words “or partially” after the words “be accommodated in totally” in line 7.
