Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for education purposes.

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, at the request of The Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by that council for public offices, to be set apart (subject to limited conditions as to line of buildings imposed by Orders in Council 1409 and 1473 and together with the right of support granted by Transfer 678247 and restrictive covenant contained in Transfer 843684) for commercial purposes.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Rodney District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule; and
(b) The easement described in the Second Schedule, over that part of the land described in the Third Schedule marked “A” on S.O. Plan 66732.
are acquired for reserve purposes, and the said land and easement shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easements
John Theobald Graham and Phyllis Madge Graham, together with their successors and assigns (hereinafter called “the owners”) are the registered proprietors of the land described in the Third Schedule (hereinafter called “the servient land”) and are the grantors and Her Majesty the Queen (hereinafter called “the grantee”) is the grantee of an easement in perpetuity and being forever appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule (hereinafter called the “dominant land”) and being:
(1) The full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty and privilege for the grantee together with her staff, agents or invitees (in common with the grantors and any other persons lawfully entitled to do so) from time to time and at all times hereafter at their will or pleasure to pass and repass by foot by night as well as by day over and along the land and bridge over that part of the servient land marked “A” on S.O. Plan 66732 (hereinafter called “the easement land”).
(2) The grantee, her servants, agents and workmen shall have the uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty and privilege with any tools, implements, machinery or equipment of whatsoever nature necessary for the purpose, to enter upon and pass and repass over and along the easement land and to remain there for any reasonable time for the purpose of repairing and maintaining and renewing the walkway access or any part thereof and for obtaining access to the dominant land subject to the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the easement land and that the surface is restored as nearly as
