equipment and other works necessary for the operation of the easement are erected or installed.
(2) The grantee shall erect a temporary stockproof fence around such area as is specified by the grantor.
(3) On the expiry of the term of the easement the grantee shall (providing no further rights are granted prior to expiry) remove all works and equipment installed for the purposes of the easement, fill in all excavations and restore the surface of the land as nearly as possible to its original condition.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto acquired for a secondary school and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
