Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 18th day of August 1993, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and the appointment of the official assignee as provisional liquidator and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Meeting Room, Level 4, Cardinal House, corner of Gloucester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch on Wednesday, the 1st day of September 1993 at 10.30 a.m. in the forenoon.

Business:

(a) Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors.

Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 19th day of August 1993, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That the company recommend that Jonathan H. J. Crawford of Wellington, solicitor, be nominated as liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that by means of an entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, the following special resolution was passed on the 17th day of August 1993:

That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily and Donald Leroy Francis, be appointed liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above company which is being wound up, does hereby fix the 10th day of September 1993, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 13th day of August 1993, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up.
