Land at 112 Pages Road Acquired for and Set Apart for Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that:

(i) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an undivided one-half share of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette; and

(ii) Pursuant to section 2 (4), at the request of The Christchurch City Council, an undivided one-half share of the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by that council for road diversion, be set apart for road.
