Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Statutory Operations, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Re-Alignment (Fitzherbert Bridge Approaches) in the Manawatu District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39B/726.

(c) Pursuant to sections 52(1), 116(1) and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when so stopped, to be set apart for a local purpose reserve (esplanade) and to remain vested in the council.
