Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

498 square metres, situated in Block IX, Aroha Survey District, being part Section 15, Block LX, Town of Te Aroha; as shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 59422, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

The Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity and Crown Land Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by virtue of Pastoral Lease No. P. 143 recorded in register book, Volume 386, folio 69, is hereby acquired for the the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of August 1993.

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by virtue of Pastoral Lease No. P. 244 recorded in register book, Volume 386, folio 148, is hereby acquired for the the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of August 1993.

(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), the Crown land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be set apart for the generation of the electricity.
