Criminal Justice Amendment (No. 2)

Amends the provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 relating to concurrent sentences and replaces the provisions of section 13.

Ngati Rarua-Atiawa Iwi Trust Empowering

Gives effect to a resolution by the Nelson Diocesan Synod of the Anglican Church to vest the assets of the Whakarewa School Trust Board in a trust for the descendants of the original Maori owners from whom the assets were acquired; and makes consequential provisions to enable the dissolution of the Whakarewa School Trust Board.

Appointing Trustees for the Mangahao Cemetery

Pursuant to section 23 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Governor-General hereby appoints:

Alan William Holdaway, dairy farmer of Pahiatua
and
Ian Paul Angove, sheep and cattle farmer of Pahiatua

to be trustees who shall have the maintenance and care of the Mangahao Cemetery.
