(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to and become part of The Westland National Park as established under section 6 (1) (i) of the National Parks Act 1980.

1.5719 hectares, more or less, being parts Reserve 1198, situated in Block IV, Waiho Survey District and shown marked “B”, “C”, “E”, “G” and “I” on plan.

Second Schedule

Westland Land District—Westland District

1.8898 hectares, more or less, being parts Reserve 1198 and part Reserve 1224, situated in Block XVI, Okarito and Block IV, Waiho Survey Districts and shown marked “A”, “D”, “F”, “H”, “J” and “K” on plan.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 10938, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.

Land Acquired in Connection with the Mt Roskill-Wiri Motorway in Manukau City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired in connection with the Mt Roskill-Wiri Motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Schedule to be stopped and

(b) Pursuant to section 52, the said portions of road, when so stopped, to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a limited access road.

In the declaration with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 June 1993, No. 82 at page 1526, insert “together with the appurtenant drainage easement granted by transfer S. 206924”, between “hereto” and “is”, which words appear in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands.
