Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Local Purpose (Conservation) Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice
Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Southland, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice classifying a reserve and vesting it in the Southland District Council, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 November 1992, No. 179, page 3746 and hereby issues a fresh notice in its place.
Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in the Southland District Council
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Southland, acting under a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby classifies the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a Local Purpose (Conservation) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act and vests the said reserve in the Southland District Council in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of Notice
Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, Wellington, hereby revokes the notice published in New Zealand Gazette 1993, No. 70, page 1308, entitled Revocation of a Reservation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised.
